My Services
It all began with a request to provide my Pipe music at Funerals, leading the cortege into the crematoriums and burial grounds this soon progressed onto Wedding ceremonies and hotel functions, churches, chapels and oddly enough, a wedding in a prisons. Some wedding services are also held in Hospices.
As Burns Suppers are more of a seasonal event my months of January & February are very popular. Other events that I perform at are Remembrance Day and War Memorial Dedication Services.
Special Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries are also a popular event to be requested.
Piper Led Funeral Service
A Piper lead funeral can be a fitting send off to a loved one who may have enjoyed the sound of the pipes through their life or a favourite pipe tune they may have been a piper themselves.
Every families funeral arrangement is different and the piper can fit into the plans at any stage.
Wedding Service
Every Wedding is unique to the happy couple who are tying the knot. The traditional church or chapel service is still popular as is a Castle or Grand House service. The Hotel wedding ceremony is also very popular with some grand ballrooms being transformed into wedding venues. The addition of the Piper can add to the Wedding in various ways.
Burns Supper Celebration
Celebrating the Life and Work of Poet, Robert Burns is a very popular event for many organisations. The event will be held as close to the 25th of January as possible but in recent times I have enjoyed performing at Burns Nights later in the year for Tourists visiting from overseas.
